National Testing Agency conducts computer based Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) for admission to various management programs across the country.

CMAT 2021 Eligibility:-

The candidate must be a citizen of India.

There is no age restriction for appearing in CMAT 2021.

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) whose result will be declared before commencement of admission for academic year 2021-22 can also apply for CMAT-2021 computer based test (CBT).

CMAT Exam Dates

CMAT 2021 Date:-

CMAT 2021 Date (Tentative) - Last week of January 2021.

Candidates MUST bring the following documents on the day of examination at the test centre. Candidates who will not bring these will not be allowed to sit in the examination.

Print copy of Admit Card downloaded from NTA’s website. One passport size photograph (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form) should be taken for pasting on the specific space in the attendance sheet at Centre during CMAT Examination.

Any one of the authorized photo IDs (must be original, valid and non-expired)

PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ Ration Card

PwD certificate issued by the authorized medical officer, if claiming the relaxation under PwD category.

CMAT Syllabus

CMAT 2021 Syllabus:-

CMAT exam does not have a defined syllabus for CMAT preparation. However, you can take our mock test to understand the pattern of exam and types of questions. Check the CMAT website regularly for the announcement of mock test.

The medium of Question Paper is English only.

Type of questions - No. of questions - Maximum marks -

Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation - 25 Qs - 100 Marks

Logical Reasoning - 25 Qs - 100 Marks

Language Comprehension - 25 Qs - 100 Marks

General Awareness - 25 Qs - 100 Marks

Each question carries 04 (four) marks.

For each correct response candidate will get 04 (four) marks.

For each incorrect response 01 (one) mark will be deducted from the total score.

CMAT Preparation

There is no other option than ‘Practice’ because Practice makes man perfect. Although, CMAT is bit easier than other management aptitude tests, but practicing several hours of previous years papers will be a great help for you. In order to score more marks, get your basics clear. This defiantly goes with English section. Make sure you don’t get encountered with grammatical errors. Get comfortable with computer in order to avoid nervy moments, since many of us are more comfortable with paper based examination.
