Eligibility for Sri Ramachandra University PG Entrance 2016:-
For MD/MS/M.Ch -
(a) possess recognized MBBS Degree and have completed Internship (CRRI); and
(b) have permanent registration of his/her name with any State Medical Council.
(ii) However, candidates who are presently undergoing internship and who are likely to complete it on or before 31-03-2015 are also eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination.
Candidates who are undergoing Internship at the time of submission of Entrance Examination application form, should enclose:
i. a certificate obtained from the Head of the Institution in which he/she is undergoing the Internship, certifying that he/she is likely to complete the Internship on or before 31-03-2015; and
ii.a copy of Provisional MBBS Medical Council Registration Certificate, failing which his/her application will be rejected summarily.
The candidates referred to above should submit copy of Medical/Dental Council Permanent Registration Certificate, Consolidated Statement of Marks, Transfer Certificate/ Migration Certificate and Conduct Certificate to the University immediately on receipt of the same.
For MDS -
(a) passed B.D.S. Degree Examination of any recognized University and completed Compulsory Rotatory Internship (CRI); and
(b) should have obtained Permanent Registration with any one of the state Dental Council.

- Fill the Sri Ramachandra University PG Entrance Registration form in your own handwriting.
- It should be submitted along with a Demand Draft for Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) drawn in favour of “Sri Ramachandra University” payable at Chennai (towards the application and examination fee) and all enclosures mentioned below, in a A4 size envelope without folding it.
- You are also required to write your name and course group applied for, in the second page of the Application Form without fail.

Self attested Photocopy of the following certificates should only be enclosed with the Entrance Examination Application Form without fail (original certificates must be produced at the time of counselling of the provisionally selected candidates only):-
i. MBBS/BDS Degree Course Mark Statements pertaining to First year to Final year;
ii. Consolidated Statement of Marks;
iii. Attempt Certificate (First year to Final year);
iv. Community Certificate (SC/ST/OBC Candidates must enclose photo copy of the Certificate)
v. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
vi. MBBS/BDS Provisional Pass Certificate-I/II or Degree Certificate;
vii. Internship Certificate;
viii.State Medical Council’s/State Dental Council’s Permanent Registration Certificate;
ix. Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate/HSC Mark Statement; and
x. Conduct Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last studied
PHOTOGRAPHS:-
Four identical and recently taken passport size colour photographs are required (all should be same photos). Candidates should affix the photographs in the space provided (i.e., one on the front page of the Application Form and one each on the Hall Ticket Forms and Attendance Sheet). The candidates should sign on the photographs affixed on the Hall Ticket Forms

The Entrance Examination will consist of 180 multiple choice questions (single best response) covering important aspects of the subjects prescribed for MBBS Degree Course with more thrust on the clinical areas.
b) For Postgraduate M.D. (Non-Clinical) Degree Courses (Group-B):
