NIPER JEE

NIPER is the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research which conducts this National level examination in various cities of the India. Based upon the score of this joint entrance exam, Candidates can get the admission into MS (Pharm), MBA (Pharm), M. Tech (Pharm) and M. Pharm.  The Application Form for the joint entrance examination will be available when the Notification of the entrance exam will be released. NIPER JEE 2019 Eligibility Criteria:-
 
The Eligibility Criteria of Niper JEE 2019 is the terms and condition defined by the National Institute for the Candidates. Candidates must follow these terms to successfully apply for the entrance exam.  The Eligibility Criteria is as follows:
 
• Candidates should have the Graduation or the Post-Graduation in that particular stream with the minimum 60% marks for the General category Candidates, 55% Marks for SC/ST category candidates and 50% marks for the PH Category candidates.
• Candidates must have the GATE or GPAT score to apply for the admission into the Institution.
• Final year candidates can also apply for the joint entrance exam.
• The Age of the candidates should be more than of 20 years at the time of the admission into the institution. 
 
NIPER JEE 2019 Admission Process:-
 
The Admission Process of Niper JEE will be based upon the score of the entrance exam which will be conducted by the National Institute. The Admission in all of the programs except MBA (Pharm) will be Joint Entrance Exam Score based. The MBA (Pharm) admission will be based upon the exam score as well as the score of the Group Discussion and the Interview round. 
 
NIPER JEE 2019 Counselling Procedure:
 
The Counselling of Niper JEE will be started after the Result declaration of the Joint Entrance Exam. Candidates who will qualify the entrance exam will be able to participate in the Counselling process. The detail of the Counselling is as follows:
 
• There is no exact date of the Counselling still, it will be available soon.
• Candidates should report on the Counselling venue with the required documents at the time.
• The seats will be allotted according to the Merit of the Candidates in the Merit List released by the Institution.
• The Choice filling will be done at the time of counselling and candidates should prepare for it accurately.
• Candidates must carry the original documents at the time of the counselling as the documents verification will be done there.

NIMCET 2020 Eligibility:-
 
Indian Nationals securing at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST/PwD) in
 
i) B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT / B.Voc. (Computer Science/ Computer Applications) of minimum three years full-time programme from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects
OR
ii) B.E./ B.Tech. from a recognized University are eligible to appear for NIMCET-2020. 
 
Conversion of scored marks from CGPA to percentage and vice-versa is not permitted.
 
(CGPA other than 10-point scale will be converted to 10-point scale based on Unitary method)
 
Candidates who are appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for NIMCET-2020 and such candidates shall have to furnish the proof (in the form of a certificate issued by the Head of institution where the candidate has been studying / has studied) of candidature for appearing in the examinations during the academic year 2020-21. All candidates shall submit the proof of fulfilling the eligibility criteria of NIMCET- 2020 at the time of Counseling/Admission but not later than September 15, 2020, failing which their admission is liable to be cancelled by the respective NITs.

A pass grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects. 
or
3 or 4-years diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.
 
Bachelor of Fashion Technology (Apparel Production) (B.FTech.) -
 
The +2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination of any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, and Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

NET

From December 2018 onwards, the UGC NET will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor both in Indian Universities and Colleges.
 
UGC NET 2020 Eligibility:-
 
Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master s Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc. are eligible for this Test.
 
The Other Backward Classes(OBC) belonging to non-creamy layer/Scheduled Caste(SC)/Scheduled Tribe(ST)/ persons with disability(PwD) category candidates who have secured at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in Master s degree or equivalent examination are eligible for this Test.
 
Candidates who are pursuing their Master's degree or equivalent course or candidates who have appeared for their qualifying Master s degree (final year) examination and whose result is still awaited or candidates whose qualifying examinations have been delayed may also apply for this test. However, such candidates will be admitted provisionally and shall be considered eligible for award of Junior Research Fellowship/eligibility for Assistant Professor only after they have passed their Master's Degree OR equivalent examination with at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of OBC falling in Non-Creamy layer/SC/ST/PwD (persons with disability)) category candidates. Such candidates must complete their Masters degree or equivalent examination within two years from the date of NET result with required percentage of marks, failing which they shall be treated as disqualified.
 
Candidates belonging to third gender in other words transgender would be eligible to draw the same relaxation in fee, age and qualifying criteria for NET (i.e. Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor) as are available to SC/ST/PwD categories. The subject wise cut-offs for this category should be the lowest among those for SC/ST/PwD/OBC NCL categories in the corresponding subject.
 
The Ph.D. degree holders whose Master s level examination had been completed by 19th September 1991 (irrespective of date of declaration of result) shall be eligible for a relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks (i.e. from 55% to 50%) for appearing in NET.
 
Candidates are advised to appear in the subject of their post graduation only. The candidates, whose post graduation subject is not covered in the list of subjects, may appear in a related subject.
 
Candidates having post-graduate diploma/certificate awarded by Indian University/ Institute or foreign degree/diploma/certificate awarded by the foreign University/institute should in their own interest, ascertain the equivalence of their diploma/degree/certificate with Master s degree of recognized Indian universities from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi.

NEST

Think of M.Sc entrance exams in India and the one first names that comes to mind is that of NEST. The National Entrance Screening Test is a compulsory test for admission to the 5- year Integrated MSc programme in basic sciences - Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics - at National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar and University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Center for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CBS), Mumbai. Candidates with a minimum aggregate of 60 percent marks in their class 12 exams are eligible to apply for NEST.

NEST 2020 Eligibility:-

Candidates must qualify all four eligibility criteria listed below -
 
Candidates in General and OBC category should be born on or after August 01, 2000. The age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ ST/ Divyangjan candidates.
 
Class XII qualifying examination should be passed in either 2018 or 2019. Candidates appearing in 2020 are also eligible. (Where only Letter Grade is given by the Board, a certificate from the Board specifying equivalent percentage marks will be required. In the absence of such a certificate the decision of the respective Admission Committees will be final.)
 
At least 60% marks in aggregate (or equivalent grade) in Class XII (or equivalent) examination from any recognized Board in India. For Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates and for Divyangjan candidates, the minimum requirement is 55%.
 
Candidate should secure a position in the NEST merit list.

NERIST NEE

North Eastern Regional Institute of Science & Technology (NERIST), Nirjuli, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh conducts NERIST Entrance Examination (NEE) for admission to Base Module (Certificate Course), Diploma Module & Degree Module Courses in Technology streams and also Degree Module course in Forestry.

The NEE shall be conducted for admission at three levels/courses viz.,

NERIST NEE 2020 Eligibility:-

NEE-- I: Base (Certificate)

Maximum Age Limit: 19 years for GE, 24 years for ST/SC/PD and 22 years for OBC and female applicants as on 1st August.

Academic Qualification For NEE-I:  Applicants should have passed Class 10 / Matriculation examination or an equivalent examination with Science and Mathematics. They should have passed in both Science and Mathematics subjects. Applicants whose results are awaited may also appear in the NERIST Entrance Examination. In such cases, selected candidates must produce the original pass certificates and mark-sheets at the time of their admission. Otherwise, their admission shall stand automatically cancelled.

(i) NEE- II - Diploma in Engg & Tech (Technology Stream) / NEE-II (Vocational) Diploma in Engg & Tech. (Vocational) / (iii)  NEE- II B.Sc. Degree in Forestry

Maximum Age Limit: 23 years for GE, 28 years for ST/SC/PD and 26 years for OBC and female applicants as on 1st  August , 2012.

Academic Qualifications for NEE-II:

(i) NEE-II (PCMB): For Technology Stream- Applicants with 10+2 PCM/PCMB should have passed with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM), separately. For Forestry stream- Applicants with 10+2 PCB/PCMB should have passed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB), separately.

(ii)  NEE-II (Vocational) For Technology Stream only:                  

Applicants with 10+2 Vocational / ITI / NERIST Certificate in any one of the branches / trades, viz., Farm Equipment (FE) / Food Processing (FP) / Construction Technology i.e. Draftsmanship / Surveyor (CT) / Electronics Technology or Electronics Maintenance (ET/EM) / Electrical Technology or Electrical Maintenance (ET/EM) /   Mechanical Craftsmanship (MC) / Automobile Technology (AT) and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning(R&AC) are eligible.
Applicants who are appearing in the above mentioned qualifying examination and whose results are awaited may also appear in the Entrance Examination. In such cases, selected candidates must produce the original pass certificates and mark-sheets at the time of their admission. Otherwise, their admission shall stand automatically cancelled.
Candidates, who are selected under NEE-II Technology stream i.e., 10+2PCM and NEE-II Vocational, shall have the choice of branch during counseling out of the six branches / disciplines, viz., AE, CE, CSE, EE, ECE and ME on the basis of their merit and reservation category.  

NEE-III: B.Tech Degree (Technology Stream)

Maximum Age Limit: 40 years for GE, 45 years for ST/SC/PD and 43 years for OBC and female applicants as on 1st  August, 2012.

Academic Qualifications for NEE-III:

Applicants must have passed the 3-year Diploma course from any Government recognized polytechnic / institution in the respective or allied discipline/ branch as per the Appendix-III given in this Information Brochure with 60% marks considering aggregate marks of all the three years’ together or NERIST Diploma Module. Those applicants who don’t possess their qualifications as per the disciplines/branches mentioned in Appendix-III are not eligible for admission.

NEET UG

National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2020 for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses and other undergraduate medical courses in approved/recognized Medical/Dental & other Colleges/ Institutes in India.
 
Admission to MBBS course in AIIMS, New Delhi, JIPMER and all AIIMS like Institutions will be made through NEET. 
 
NEET UG 2020 Eligibility:-
 
Age -
 
He/she has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year Undergraduate Medical Courses .
 
The upper age limit for NEET (UG) is 25 years as on the date of examination with relaxation of 5 years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL category and PwD Candidates.
 
Qualification -
 
A candidate who is appearing 12th Standard in 2020, whose result is awaited, may apply and appear in the test but he/she shall not be eligible for admission to the Undergraduate Medical Courses, if he/she does not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage at the time of first round of Counselling.
 
Candidates who have appeared or are appearing at the qualifying Examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subject and expect to pass the Examination with required percentage of marks are also eligible to apply and appear in the Competitive Entrance Examination. However, their candidature will be considered only if they provide documentary evidence of having passed the qualifying Examination with the required subjects and percentage of marks.

Candidates are required to download their admit card from the website and affix their latest passport size photograph in the space provided on the admit card. 
 
• Size of photograph : minimum 35x45 mm with at least 75% coverage of face & head of the candidate.
• A caption indicating the name of the candidate and date of capturing the photograph should be there at the bottom of the photograph.
• Background of the Photograph : white
• The photograph needs to display full front view of the face. Please look directly into the camera with a neutral expression.
• Please avoid photograph with reflection or shadow on the face with red eyes.
• The photograph needs to be printed on a high quality paper with at least 600 dpi Resolutions.
• The photograph must not have kinks, scratches and stains
 
Candidates MUST bring to the test centre the following documents: 
 
• Printed copy ofthe Admit Card with Photo ofthe candidate pasted on it;&
• Photocopy of Permanent / Provisional SMC/MCI registration,* to be retained by the test centre &
