Mumbai University conducts Common Management Entrance test (MUCMET) for admission to the Integrated BMS MBA course at the University of Mumbai, Thane Sub Campus.

MUCMET 2019 Eligibility:-
 
Higher Secondary School Certificate / Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognized Board
 
Minimum 45% aggregate (40% aggregate in case of Reserved category) from Science, Commerce, Arts or any other stream / discipline

MSBTE

Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MBSTE) is a body synonymous with technical diploma education in the state of Maharashtra. Apart from granting affiliations to various programs of study this state body designs and developes curricula for diploma, post diploma and advanced diploma programs. This state functionary also conducts MSBTE exam twice in a given academic year (Summer and winter session) for various diploma courses. These need and skilled based diploma courses of study are offered by polytechnics and other organizations in the state.
 
This organization also conducts online MSCIT Examination for the state. 
 
Eligibility for first year DTE diploma courses admission
 
An Indian national who has passed tenth standard (Class 10) exam of Maharashtra State Board or its equivalent with an aggregate of 35 percent marks and with subjects of Mathematics, General Science and English is eligible for admission to first year DTE diploma courses by MSBTE. 
 
Other Functions of MSBTE
 
Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MBSTE) designs and develops the curricula of diploma, post diploma and advanced diploma programs. Apart from that it also  grants or withdraws affiliation to the institutions running its programs. The center also undertakes  academic monitoring of affiliated institutions through Curriculum Implementation and Assessment Norms (CIAAN).

Admission is done for all government and private polytechnics in the state. MPSC Clerk Typist

MPSC Clerk Typist Exam is a paper-pen based entrance test directed by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) for recruitment of clerk and typists (English and Marathi) for various departments of the Government of Maharashtra. 
 
This exam is conducted for recruitment of clerk and typists (English and Marathi) for various departments of the Government of Maharashtra. HSC passed (Minimum SSC passed) candidates aged between 18 and 33 years are eligible to apply for MPSC Clerk Typist Exam 2020. 
 
Selection of candidates for  Clerk Typist Exam is based on written test/typing test and interview. This written exam is divided into four papers namely General Knowledge, General English, General Marathi and General Studies. Clerk/Typist aspirants who clear the written examination are called for typing test.

It has never been a secret that government jobs have fixed working hours and moreover plenty of facilities and flexibility offered to its employees. Being the world’s seventh largest country, India comprises of 29 states, which jointly offers plethora of government jobs. Every year, different civil service examinations is conducted. Of all these exams, some are held at state level whereas some at national level. In state level service exams, MPSC exam is one of the premier civil services exams in India.
 
MPSC stands for Maharashtra Public Service Commission. Formed by the Constitution of India, MPSC is a body that selects candidates for civil service jobs in the State of Maharashtra. Every year, the Government of Maharashtra conducts MPSC exam through which it selects eligible candidates for jobs under its various departments like Administration, Police, Forest and Engineering. 
 
Annually, MPSC conducts about 15 examinations for Class I,II and III  officiers in various government services.

a. Application Registration


To register application, choose the tab " CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION " and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.

Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the“FINAL SUBMIT” BUTTON.

b. Payment of Fees

Application Fee:-

SC/ST/PWD/EX-SER Rs. 50/ (Intimation Charges only)
Other than SC/ST/PWD/EX-SER Rs.500/- (Application fee including Intimation Charges)

  • Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture.
  •  
  • The picture should be in colour, against a light-coloured, preferably white background. Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.

  • If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows.
  •  
  • If you have to use flash, ensure there's no "red-eye".
  •  
  • If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
  •  
  • Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
  •  
  • Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred).
  •  
  • Size of file should be between 20kb-50kb.
  •  
  • Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50KB. If the size of the file is more than 50KB,then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning.
