St Xavier College Mumbai BMS BMM entrance test

 
St. Xavier’s College, an Autonomous College under the University of Mumbai directs BMS/BMM entrance test for admission to its three year Bachelor in Mass Media (B.M.M) and Bachelor in Management (B.M.S) course. This paper-pen based test is meant to evaluate the aptitude of students for the course and does not require any coaching. Based on the performance of the student in entrance exam and marks in the qualifiying exam selection is made for admission to BMS and BMM course in St.Xavier's College Mumbai. 
 
Eligibility for St.Xavier College Mumbai BMS/BMM 2020:-
 
Candidates belonging to the General Category (GC) whose date of birth falls on or after 1st June 1999? are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test BMM/BMS 2020.
 
Candidates belonging to the Christian religious community and SC/ST candidates who are born on or after 1st June 1994 are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test BMM/BMS 2020.
 
The date of birth as recorded in the School Leaving Certificate, First Board / Pre-University Certificate / Birth Certificate issued by a Competent Authority will be accepted.
 
For Christian minority candidates the Baptism Certificate will be a necessary document.
 
A candidate must have passed a Qualifying Examination (QE) or should be appearing for the same in 2020. Those who will be appearing in the QE later than June 30th, 2020 are not eligible to apply for BMM/BMS 2020 Entrance Test.

The final Examination of the 10 + 2 system conducted by any recognised Central / State Board, including the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Mumbai, Pune, etc., Central Board of Secondary Education, (C.B.S.E.) New Delhi, Council for the Indian School Certification Examination, (I.S.C.) New Delhi.
 
Intermediate or 2-Year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognised Board / University.
 
High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
 
Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of 5 subjects.
 
Note : In case the candidate has passed the qualifying Examination from a Board or Pre-University other than the Maharashtra State Board then the candidate will be required to apply for a Provisional Eligibility Certificate issued by the University of Mumbai through the College at the time of admission.? The duly filled-in application form available at the College Office should be submitted with an attested copy of the Class XII marksheet along with the prescribed fees to the college office when admission is offered
 
Minimum Percentage of marks in Qualifying Test (QE)
 
Candidates belonging to the General Category, must secure at least 65% marks in aggregate in their QE.
 
Candidates from the Christian Minority Community must secure at least 60% in the QE.

St Johns Medical College MBBS Entrance 2017 Eligibility:-

    Shall have passed two year Pre University examination conducted by Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka State, with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects. The candidate shall have passed subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually also.
    OR
    shall have passed any other examination conducted by Boards/Councils/Intermediate examination established by State Governments / Central Government and recognised as equivalent to two year Pre U niversity examination by the Rajiv Gandhi U niversity of Health Sciences / Association of Indian U niversities (AIU), with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects and the candidate shall have passed subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually.

    iii) shall have passed Intermediate examination in Science of an Indian U niversity / Board / Council or other recognised examining bodies with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, which shall include a practical test in these subjects and also English as compulsory subject. The candidate shall have passed subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually.
    OR
    shall have passed first year of the three year degree course of a recognised U niversity with Physics, Chemistry and Biology including a practical test in these subjects provided the examination is an ‘University Examination’ and the candidate shall have passed subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually in the pre university or other examinations mentioned in the clauses above.
    OR
    shall have passed B.Sc. Examination of an Indian University, provided that he/she has passed the B.Sc. examination with not less than two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Z oology) provided the candidate has passed subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually in the qualifying examinations mentioned in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii).

Age:- The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.

SSC Stenographer

 
SSC Stenographer- SSC Stenographer is a paper-pen based all-India open examination directed for recruitment to the post of Stenographer Grade'C' and Grade 'D'. 12 standard pass aspirants aged between 18 and 27 years of age are eligible to apply for SSC Stenographer Recruitment exam. The examination for SSC Stenographer comprises of objective type examination followed by skill test in stenography at 100 word per minute (w.p.m) and 80 word per minute (w.p.m) for posts  of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ &’D’ respectively.
 
Aspirants who obtain the qualifiying marks in the SSC Stenographer written examination directed by the SSC will only be called for Skill Test. SSC FCI Exam

Staff Selection Commission conducts SSC FCI Exam for recruitment of Grade III Assistants in General, Depot, Technical and Account Cadres of Food Corporation of India. Graduates in respective disciplines are eligible to apply for this exam. SSC FCI exam consists of three papers. The first paper will consist of questions from general intelligence, quantitative aptitude, general awareness and english language. •Interested and eligible candidates wishing to apply for SSC FCI exam can do so only online. Online application can be registered on http://ssconline.nic.in and http://ssconline2.gov.in. You are required to submit only one application irrespective of the number of posts you have opted. 
•You are required to pay an application fee of Rs 200/- only through State Bank of India SBI either in the form of bank challan or through net banking facility (SC/ST /Ex-Servicemen and PH and all women are exempted from payment of application fee).

SSC Exam

As for those who want to get into the specialization of professional courses like engineering, medical or commerce, preparing well in HSC exam is very important. But, in real terms the base for the preparation of Class 12th begins from SSC exam, which is equivalent to grade 10th. In real sense, SSC board serves as a perfect spot for net practice for HSC board. SSC exam’s score decides the student’s capability to take up the desired stream that he/she wants to pursue for next two years during HSC and carry on further until graduation or post graduation. 

 

Based on the marks that candidate obtains in SSC exam, the future is predicted. For instance, if a candidate scores well in science subjects, then candidate is asked to join science as a stream for HSC level and if he/she fetches good marks in economics and mathematics, then doubtless to say that he/she is asked to join commerce as a stream for future prospect.
 
In the State of Maharashtra, SSC exams are all set to go on the floor from the second week of March. Maharashtra SSC board exams are conducted under the supervision of State Education Board Maharashtra.
