Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Post Graduate Entrance Test (COMEDK PGET) is conducted across the state of Karnataka for Indian national candidates aspiring to pursue Post Graduate Courses in Medicine and Dentistry.
COMEDK PGET 2017 Eligibility:-
Applicants must meet all the requirements stipulated by MCI / DCI from time to time.
They should have successfully passed their MBBS / BDS from an Institution recognized by MCI / DCI.
They must have completed or be completing their internship by 30th April 2016 at the latest.
The minimum percentage of marks in the COMEDK PGET – 2016 shall be 50% for General Merit candidates and 40% for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe (All India) and Other Backward Classes belonging to Karnataka State.
They should have obtained permanent registration with the MCI / DCI or any of the State Medical / Dental Council.
Candidates who are unacceptable:
Candidates already holding a PG Degree in any specialty.
Candidates who are pursuing a PG Degree / Diploma in any clinical specialty after securing the seat through COMEDK in the earlier years.
Candidates having selected a seat earlier through COMEDK and failed to join the college so selected or failed to
surrender the said seat at the COMEDK level or having joined the college failed to pursue the course.
Candidates who have been debarred by COMEDK during the previous years for any examination malpractice.
Note:
Notwithstanding the eligibility criteria mentioned as above, the changes, if any, effected by MCI/DCI or any other competent Regulatory Authorities shall be adopted.
In the case of an Indian national with the recognized degree from a Foreign University, the degree should have been duly registered in the country where the degree is obtained and should also have been recognized by the Medical/Dental Council of India.
Rank list / Rank Card will be prepared only for those candidates who become eligible for admission to Post Graduate Courses as per the regulations of Medical Council of India / Dental Council of India.

COMEDK Medical 2017 is the entrance exam conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka. There are total 12 Medical and 19 Dental Colleges in the state of the Karnataka for which admissions the entrance exam is conducted.
The Notification of the entrance exam for the session 2017 has been out. Candidates are able to fill the Application and successfully applying for the examination.

COMEDK Medical Registration / Application Form
COMEDK Medical 2017 Application Form / Registration:-
The COMEDK Medical 2017 Application Procedure will start from the Application Form Filling. The Application Form for the entrance exam is available in the Online Mode on the Official website of the consortium. Follow the steps given below to fill the Application Form:
• Candidates firstly have to send the request for the Application Form by doing the Registration on the Official website of the Association i.e. www.comedk.org and the link of the Registration is also available here.
• After the successful registration, Candidates will get the Unique Registration Id and they have to use this id for filling the Application Form.
• Candidates should read the Information Brochure carefully before filling the Application Form and follow it.
• Candidates should fill all the details required i.e. Personal, Qualification details etc. and upload the Scanned photograph of pixels 180 X 220 and size should be 200 kb.
• The Scanned Signature of Black Ball Point Pen with White Background and 230 x 90 pixels of size 200 kb have to be uploaded by the candidates.
• After uploading the photograph and signature, candidates have to fill the Application Form Fee of Rs. 2500 in the form of Demand Draft in favor of COMEDK payable at Bangalore.
• Candidates should download a copy of the filled Application Form and send the Hard copy of it along with all the required documents to the following address:
